What is a recruiter harness?
It is the working system around your AI agents: the jobs they follow, the tools they can use, the decisions they wait for and the evidence they leave. In Eventys, you see and direct that work from one recruiting desk.
Does Eventys replace my ATS?
Your ATS remains your system of record. Eventys coordinates work around it, from candidate research to approved updates. Loxo is the current reference integration; further ATS support is planned.
Can I use it on my phone or iPad?
The web desk is designed for checking progress and making simple decisions away from your desk. Searching and browser work run through the companion on your Mac, which needs to be awake and connected. This website and its tour work on phone, iPad and desktop.
Will it send messages without me?
No. Research and drafting can run independently. External writes require the relevant action-specific approval. Sending, publishing, signing in and verification challenges stay with the human.
What is available, and what comes next?
The current build focuses on candidate delivery, business development and CV updates. Applied screening, reply workflows, inbox stage updates, wider ATS coverage and the packaged companion are planned. This site demonstrates the experience with fictional examples; it does not run live searches.
